Friday 29th August 2003 saw the full-time launch of FBi - a station committed to establishing real choice on the dial by playing 50% Australian music content, with half of that from Sydney artists. The rest is the best new music from around the globe. As well as great music, FBi is also out on the streets, seeking out all the heady highlights from the cultural fabric of Sydney, reporting on the best in film, visual art, fashion, new media and performance. And it's not just the the inner city that can pick up the signal - FBi's broadcast reach extends from the 'mountains to the sea'; from Katoomba in the West down to the Pacific shores, and north/ south from Gosford to Wollongong.
